Pictured above are Tara Whelan and Ashling Woods, both 15 year old transition year students set up their business, “AT Trends” in a bid to raise money for two charities that they wish to help, Pieta House and Our Lady’s Hospice. The girls make hand crafted beaded bracelets and sell to their classmates and local community dividing 50% of their profits between the two charities. Tara and Ashling carried out in- depth market research to establish their target market and what price to pitch the bracelets at. The young entrepreneurs have raised a large amount of money for charity and had a lot of fun on the way!
