Congratulations to all those who organised the Ballyfermot Community Sports and Activities Day on Tuesday 1st July – It was great to see so many young people, children and adults work together to provide an excellent day of fun and games, both inside and outside the Ballyfermot Leisure Centre and Familibase.
We as a school, were delighted to see so many of our former students take active roles as employees of local organisations and as leaders (volunteers) in local community groups.
As former student Sally Flynn (who is now studying for her BA in Youth & Community Studies at NUI Maynooth said
“It was a great positive day for Ballyfermot”
