Our school will be a busy place this Saturday and Sunday as we all prepare for a very busy week ahead. The commitment of our staff and students is outstanding –
Tomorrow Saturday and Sunday morning (yes Sunday!) we will have Pre Irish Leaving Certificate Oral Classes for all Levels offered free to our 6th year students. Are 3rd year students will be in for Pre JC Home Economics Practical’s. Their official JC Home Economics Practical’s will take place which will take place Monday to Wednesday of this week.
Our Transition Year students and staff will be rehearsing for our TY Musical (Saturday and Sunday!) which takes place on Tuesday 8th for our 2nd Years, Wednesday 9th Matinee for 5th and 6th class. Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th at 7.30 for the public. Tickets are selling fast, and can be secured by calling to the school office Monday to Thursday. Our 1st, 2nd and 5th year students will have Easter Tests. Our 5th year students will be visiting DCU on Tuesday to experience college life as part of our progression to 3rd level education programme. Our 5th year history students have an educational history trip this week. 2 Tir Chonaill will visit Maryfield Nursing Home as part of their CSPE Action Project on Thursday.
On Friday we will begin our Easter Holidays at 3.10pm – A reminder Free Easter Revision Classes will be available for 3rd and 6th Years – time -table available in reception.
