During our Carol Service on the 13th December 2013,we remembered the core value of Christmas. That Christ was born so that we would all have a life filled with Dignity, Justice and Peace. We called to mind the people of the Philippines, South Africa and the death of their great leader Nelson Mandela and the homeless of Dublin. Throughout Advent we as a school raised money for different charities Local and Worldwide and collected Hats, Scarfs, Socks, Gloves and T. Shirts for the homeless of Dublin in an effort to remember that we should always be concerned about others as a Catholic Christian School. This week a number of families in our local Community will receive vouchers so that they can purchase food or other necessities for Christmas.
