Staff and students were delighted to welcome Irish entrepreneur, Jim Breen and founder of CASuicide on Monday 23rd February.
Jim’s message to all of those present was “Its OK not TO BE OK, and IT’S ABSOLUTELY OK to ask for HELP” He said that he believed 100% that together people could break the cycle of suicide, asking all present to be aware of others who might need to talk and also he encouraged those who were feeling sad / depressed or alone to talk with someone and ask for help.
Together, shoulder to shoulder, we can Break the Cycle of Suicide on the island of Ireland.
